objective to eliminate unemployment for Teacher’s and Schools.
On one side we pave
ways for Teachers to dig up Schools of their echelon.
On the second side is to help schools to have
teachers with their rank who can help schools to achieve their mission and
visions with the competitive knowledge and strategies.
Teachers Junction is the junction associating between Employees
and School Employers within the United Republic of Tanzania.

After three months of the probation the school will prove to Teachers’ Junction satisfaction of the School and valid contract will be set up while the contract between a Teacher and Teachers Junction will end up.
Teacher under Negotiable Salary.
The School will benefit to get teachers under negotiable salary which also seems to be a barrier on how to get a good Teacher.
This will cut off the problem when two sides fail to make a deal due to salary unreasonableness.
Schools will ask for a Teacher of a certain Salary Range, while a Teacher must have already determined his/her value.
